About Me & My Approach

20 Years of experience in body and breathwork
With 20 years of experience working with people through yoga therapy, bodywork, and therapeutic breathwork, I have come to recognize how deeply physical tensions, chronic pain, and nervous system patterns can be connected to unprocessed emotions and psychological trauma.

The family system and its influence
The psyche takes shape within the family system, where individuals develop their patterns of response and become part of a history that extends across generations.

Ancestral work: reconnecting with our roots
This understanding led me to ancestral work. In 2016, I created the workshops Reconnect with Your Family Mandala and Weave Your Family Placenta, which I began offering at Casa Yoga Minca and later brought to many other cities. Their underlying message is simple: we are all connected through our shared ancestry, and recognizing this connection opens a path toward peace, from individual families to humanity.
